A long time veteran of the loyalty category, Graham has been involved with the creation of new loyalty programs and has represented a number of 3rd party program operators, acquiring and managing merchant relationships on their behalf.


Prior to entering the loyalty category, Graham worked in the Advertising and Marketing industries for over 15 years, with his last role being Senior Vice President of Client Services in the Retail unit of one of North America’s largest ad agencies. Graham also served as Vice President of Marketing, North America, for a high tech company based in San Jose, California. Graham’s broad experience in the advertising and marketing industries has provided him with excellent insight into the relative merits of all marketing tactics. Graham’s blend of advertising, marketing and loyalty experience enables him to provide clients with an objective and informed perspective on the use and positioning of a loyalty program within the merchant’s marketing mix, providing counsel on what sort of program to introduce, how to promote it, how to operate it and how to leverage the program for optimal ROI.

Josh Beller

Josh comes to the Loyalty and Rewards industry by way of the franchising industry. Josh’s experience started with owning & operating various franchises in the home services industry and evolved into his overseeing franchise operations, where he consulted, trained, and coached dozens of franchise owners in franchise systems, operations, and business development.


Josh’s broad experience with retail and service franchisee-based operations makes him ideally suited to work with Lift & Shift’s retail and service clients, helping to implement and then manage the use of our loyalty programs at the store/franchisee level. His primary focus is to train and educate store managers and customer-facing staff on how to maximize effectiveness of their new loyalty and rewards programs.

Allison Round

Allison brings broad knowledge and experience in marketing, operations and account relations to Lift & Shift.


Working in the loyalty industry for over a decade, Allison has been involved in the development and management of new loyalty programs, creating and implementing processes and procedures and developing partner and corporate marketing materials including direct mail, POP, email and online advertising. Allison’s primary focus is to work with clients to integrate the loyalty programs into their marketing mix, development of corporate communications, and monitoring day-to-day functions of the business.

Phil Streeter

Phil has over 20 years of experience designing, managing and supporting every aspect of IT infrastructure.


Working in the loyalty industry for the past 7 years, Phil has been involved in the development of new loyalty programs, training merchants on reward issuance systems and creating user guides and other program documentation. His primary focus is to maintain the computer and reward issuance systems, provide application support and produce merchant training manuals.

Chris McKenna

Chris has over 14 years experience in the IT industry, specializing in software development and architecture.


He has extensive experience in all areas of the software development life cycle (analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance) and is committed to the delivery of high quality software solutions. Working in the loyalty industry over the past 6 years, Chris has architected and developed loyalty program websites, applications, API’s, POS integrations, and processing automation.

Scott brings his past experiences and knowledge to Lift & Shift with 8 years specifically in the loyalty and reward industry developing and growing loyalty marketing programs for the retail and service sectors across Canada and the USA. Dan has a broad background of experience in building sales and profitability – from leading the marketing departments of national hospitality companies to supporting major consumer brands on behalf of Tier 1 advertising agencies.  He has applied that experience in the loyalty industry for the past 3 years, benefiting clients with his ability to understand their business needs and translate them into effective Loyalty, Reward & Incentive programs.  Dan’s focus is on combining customer insights and business opportunities in order to deliver sustainable ROI for clients.

Mark Pate

He brings a unique perspective to the loyalty category having been a former client of Lift and Shift working for an automotive aftermarket company. Mark applies his experience in leveraging the benefits of a loyalty, reward and incentive program to help clients drive incremental sales from current customers and change purchasing behavior of key prospects to maximize ROI.

With 20 former years in financial services, she has been instrumental in the management, recruitment and mentorship of dedicated customer service teams. Cathy’s focus at Lift-and-Shift is customer care, financial administration and account management.

Martin brings over 20 years of experience leading sales and marketing initiatives for manufacturers and distributors in the automotive industry.  He is managing partner in a manufacturer’s representative agency in Detroit, Michigan area.


Martin is well versed in collaborating with global OEMs and C level executives to develop, sell and distribute new products through the supply chain.  He has supported top level marketing teams to promote new business using various incentive programs.  Specific areas of expertise include automotive accessories, special equipment and raw materials.

Prior to his current role Martin worked as a field representative for Ford and General Motors promoting dealer equipment programs.
