Prior to entering the loyalty category, Graham worked in the Advertising and Marketing industries for over 15 years, with his last role being Senior Vice President of Client Services in the Retail unit of one of North America’s largest ad agencies. Graham also served as Vice President of Marketing, North America, for a high tech company based in San Jose, California. Graham’s broad experience in the advertising and marketing industries has provided him with excellent insight into the relative merits of all marketing tactics. Graham’s blend of advertising, marketing and loyalty experience enables him to provide clients with an objective and informed perspective on the use and positioning of a loyalty program within the merchant’s marketing mix, providing counsel on what sort of program to introduce, how to promote it, how to operate it and how to leverage the program for optimal ROI.

Josh comes to the Loyalty and Rewards industry by way of the franchising industry. Josh’s experience started with owning & operating various franchises in the home services industry and evolved into his overseeing franchise operations, where he consulted, trained, and coached dozens of franchise owners in franchise systems, operations, and business development.
